Hi, I’m Tasia. I am a 20-year-old first-time renter. I am a student at Front Range. I’m seeking a private room in a shared house or apartment with a 9-12 month lease (but I can be flexible). I am hoping to move in before the end of May 2024. My budget is around $800 per month, utilities included. I’m a very introverted person and I keep to myself most of the time. I like to cook, paint, listen to music, and watch action and thriller movies. I don’t plan on having guests over but I do not expect the same from my roommates. I like to keep common areas relatively clean and tidy, but I also understand that messes are normal. No pressure from me. I’m 420 friendly and lgbt friendly. I don’t have any pets. I’m looking for a roommate who can respect my privacy and boundaries. Someone who can share the chores and the bills and communicate honestly and kindly.
