Hi my name is Katherine but I go by Katie. My 2 children and I are looking for a large room/studio to rent. I’m also open to renting a bigger place with another woman/children. I cannot find an apartment in my budget so we’re looking for something a bit smaller or a shared housing situation. We’re a clean family and very friendly. My children are in school full time. My daughter is 6 and my son is 9. We don’t mind sharing a smaller space. My income is steady just not big enough to afford an apartment on my own. I’m trying to stay in Easthampton or one of the surrounding towns so my children can still attend the same school. I am 36 years old. I have a steady income. I plan to renew my phlebotomy tech certificate eventually. I’m looking for a living situation for at least 6months-1 year. If all goes well maybe longer.
