TLDR: drama free couple with dog looking for room/roommate.

I’m a neurodivergent medical professional and sometimes have to visit my clients at odd hours, I take 24hr call shifts frequently. I need a safe place to park my car. I need a quiet zone to sleep when I’m exhausted. I have a 21 year old son who lives out of state that I go visit a few times a year. I’m hoping you also really get along well with my sweet dog as she would love a friend to cuddle with when I’m gone. She is housebroken, loves to play and cuddle, and has a lovely temperament.

My spouse works occasional odd hours and has his own car. He loves movies, music, art, science, museums, and a good laugh (me too!). He does smoke cigarettes, outside only.

We are 420 accepting, not participating. Hard drugs are a hard no. We love peace and quiet time, but can enjoy an occasional gathering of friends with food and lively conversation. We are looking for the right energy match to us and will make time to find the best fit. Our move in date is flexible.

Because of my work and sleep needs, the perfect place can accomodate my king bed and potentially my couch. If that is not on option, it’s important to me to be able to trial the bed in some way so I know I can get a good sleep. Lastly, VERY IMPORTANT, we do not observe any religious practices, beliefs, or holidays. We will respect yours, and expect that respect returned. I do enjoy learning about other cultures, and would love to learn more about you! Shared living space requires trust, open communication, ability to respectfully work through problems, and transparency.
