Hello, I am a 41 year old single mother who recently moved to California to be closer to my children (my boys, ages 9 and 10 reside primarily with their father due to cost of living out here, so they’d only be around occasionally on my days off). I currently work full-time second shift in Mira Mesa. Ideally, I’m looking for a room to rent that’s closer to Camp Pendleton so that I can see my children more often but I’m open to areas between Oceanside and San Diego if they come available. current budget is between $1,000 - $1,100 per month. I am gone most of the time at work and I’m very clean, quiet, and very respectful.
