I am looking for a room for rent for 9-12 months while I work on finding a home to buy. I work remotely so WFH option is a plus but not necessary. I love cats but Im allergic so thats a bummer. I have an 11 year old daughter that I spend a lot of time with but she will be staying at her Moms house. I dont drink or smoke but cool if you do. Id rather not live in a frat house but social gatherings are cool. I love to bbq etc..
