Hi there! I am a transfer student going to UCD in the fall. I’m hoping to find other roomie(s) like me; clean(‼️), quiet, no parties, and overall respectful of other people’s property. I do have two sweet kitties who will be coming along with me, so I definitely need to find someone who isn’t allergic to cats but ideally do not have pets of their own to bring with them as most places seem to have a 2 pet limit. I am 420 friendly, but would prefer a non-smoking household (or at least do it outside). I will rarely have friends over, and am planning to be busy most days.

I am interested in teaming up with one, maybe two maximum other roomies to share. Alternatively, I am also open to renting a room from a more established home & roomies, as long as it fits my needs. I am looking for an UNfurnished room, as all of my current belongings will move with me when I do move in the summer.
