I’m a highly organized and cleanliness-oriented individual in search of a roommate who shares similar values in maintaining a tidy living space. I take pride in keeping communal areas, such as the living room and kitchen, immaculate and inviting. My preference is to create a mutual respect for shared spaces is a top priority. I deep-clean at least once a month.

I want to assure you that indoor smoking is a strict no for me, and I don’t care about drinking. I believe in fostering a healthy and comfortable atmosphere at home. I do have a girlfriend who would stay over occasionally but I won’t have guest over without notifying my roommate of course.

Speaking of work, I devote a significant amount of my time to my professional commitments, making me a fairly low-maintenance roommate. I’m looking for someone who, like me, values responsibility and can manage their bills in a timely manner.
