I am currently renting a 2bd townhouse that I share with roommate. My current roommate is moving out end of February. My lease is up at the end of March. I would like to have a new place set by March 1st with moving in middle of March. I am also keeping my options open to find a new roommate for where I currently live. I would need to give notice by end of February if I am moving. I am a cis gender, atheist, liberal, single gay male. I work swing shift M-F with some overtime on weekends. I keep my place very clean. I need a large unfurnished room with a private bath. Room for storage would be nice as well. I am a non smoker, clean and sober for 20 years. I am also allergic to pot and cannot be around the bud or smoke. Edibles are fine.
