Hey there, my name is Phillip and I am looking for rooming in the Winter Park area as I am taking up a job offer to work in the are for the City of Winter Park Police Department. I am easy going, don’t party, not loud, and do not smoke. Most of my friends are online and all I would need is a decent internet connection and you won’t even know Im there. I have only one vehicle however may end up parking a patrol car at the location as well. So added bonus of the patrol car deterring crime around the location.
