I currently stay in Myrtle beach and want to get away from the touristy area. I will be switching jobs upon move. What makes me a good roommate is I know how to keep a house a float. I’ve never had issues any place I lived in and everyone I lived with still talk to me to this day. I can maintain a job and continuously pay bills. I also have 2 friends who would like to move in with me. I’m a big team player. But, I am open to living without them as well.
