Hey Guys! My name is Gauldan (28), I do remote work and I’m a maitre d’ at a Spa here in Brooklyn . Ready to move in by April 1st, I’m looking for a room to rent or roommate(s) asap. I work remotely and host at the spa, but moved to NY to pursue music and modeling professionally 🙂 moving has been hard because I don’t have the best credit not bad credit due to hits or late debt but because I just began to build it and see the importance of it and actively raising it.

My budget is $1,200 but ideally hoping for $800-900. Looking for places in Brooklyn, Lower Bronx, or Manhattan/Harlem (really anywhere) as long as it’s in that price range and within a 45min train ride to my job.
