Hi There!

I’m Max and I’m currently looking for a room to rent. (Room, Barn, or Space).

I’m 44 years old and a Peace Activist Artist.

I’m very clean, quiet, and calm.

I spend most of my time on my art which I sell in Astoria and Seaside in April through November. Until then I am building inventory.

I’m on Social Security so I will always have rent on time, every time. Rent is guaranteed.

I’m also handy and can help fix things around the house.

I don’t mind doing dishes, vacuuming etc. I love cleaning.

I have no pets, no drugs, no drama.

I’m solitary and don’t have friends coming over. I feel I would be a perfect roommate.
