I am looking for someone to get a place with. I do not want to rent a room from anyone. If I were to get a place with someone we would split everything 50/50. I have a child so I’m picky about who I live with. I am very clean and work full time and my kiddo goes to school so we wouldn’t be in the house too much. My kid is well behaved and I take care of her and clean up after her. I would prefer no cats or dogs but am open to it depending on what kind of animal it is. I am looking for someone dependable and responsible. I am 420 friendly just not around my kid please.
