Greetings!!!

My name is Maria and I work at Sprouts Corporate (High Street, Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ).

Seeking a room to rent/lease (with a bed if possible). Preferably, $800 p/month all included (negotiable depending on dist/accom).

I enjoy my work and going to the office; and I try to maximize my time in-person. I am open to long term or short term commitments and alternative time-frame arrangements (ex/ your ability to maximize profits and rent out the space when unoccupied); as long as I can access the office Mon/Tues morning to Wed/Thur morning.

About me… Originally from Chicago, I moved with my parents 3 years ago during their retirement to Maricopa, AZ. They are incredible, open-minded, independent and compassionate individuals who are important in my life. I am the oldest of 2. My amazing brother and extended family live in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas.

Additionally… I attended/graduated from college in Western Mass; and I do not currently have children or pets (although I adore both). I am told I am open-minded, patient, easy going, compassionate; and personally neat and tidy.

I do not drive, therefore, accessibility to very close public transportation is necessary. (Bus commute approx 1 hour or less to/from High Street, Desert Ridge). Unless, Uber/Lyft, etc., is approx $25 a day or less, round trip. Move-in date is open (the sooner the better).
