Looking for room / roommate in Wilton Manors, Florida, but open to options in other locations:

Fort Lauderdale area: Wilton Manors, Victoria Park, Oakland Park, Last Olas, etc

Palm Beach County: Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach 😁

Dade County: Miami Beach, Brickell, Pine Crest

Florida Keys: Key Largo, upper Keys preferably, but lower Keys are good options too

I’m very flexible on move-in date. No rush.

Looking to either rent on my own or team up with someone (guy or lady) to rent a room or bigger place.

Flexible budget depending on place, location, quality.

Open minded / acceptable to:

1- Bringing friends / family as long as the guests follows the same agreement with all the roommates.

2- Short or long term is acceptable, as I like to meet other professionals when we can learn from each other.

3- As I tend to keep everything clean and organized on a daily basis, I prefer the other roommates to be similar or where we could work a situation where everyone contributes based on their qualities, time, and/or budget.

4- LGBT community.

I’m not a freak clean person, just when sharing a property is important to set and keep a level of organization for everyone’s sanity.

Notes about me:

1- I don’t smoke or use any drugs.

2- Ocasional drinker.

3- Love to travel.

4- I have pets (large dog and cat), no deal breaker if no pets allowed as I already have backup plans and care for them as I usually travel.

Note: My home doesn’t smell like there are pets as I like to keep odor, and hair free throughout the home on a daily basis.

Must have’s:

1- Respectful.

2- Be able and willing to contribute.

3- Professional person, mature student, retired, snowbird.

4- High speed internet. 😊

5- If pets allowed, the ETHICAL owner must be able to do or arrange for the proper care of their pets, pet areas, litter, etc.

• We can help each other with pet care.

Last but not least important:

• Agreement between all the parties about what’s ok or not ok, how to handle issues, etc.
• Otherwise failure is imminent.
• That’s why I mentioned a professional person.

Nice to have:

1.1. Non-smoker.

1.2. No drug user.

2- Professional person looking to improve his / her / their quality of life.

3- Healthy eating / physical / daily habits. (We all have issues here and there, carrying our baggage 😁, but it’s key to aim at improvement. Nothing in life is static, your life quality either goes up or down.

4- Possibility of having pets (cats and dogs).

And finally:

A killer to any possibility of being a roommate besides the obvious local and federal laws:

1- *** A vaper that does it anywhere without any consideration to the people around them.***

2- An alcoholic.

3- Illegal drug usage.

Note: I’m just stating “ILLEGAL drug usage” because what’s considered Illegal varies by State and Federal laws.

Aware of the emerging use of cannabis and Psychedelics (in the proper safety settings).

4- If pets: Unethical / unable to clean up for their pets, pet areas, litter, etc.
