I am a 28 year old female who is very laid back and easy to get along with. I love to cook, curl up with a good book and watch a movie, hike, ect. I looking for a roomate who is respectful of me having to work early am, keep our space equally clean, and is ok with two ESA registered kitties who are very well behaved! I am moving from oregon on Feb 1 and out of my one bedroom apartment, so I have kitchen stuff I can provide like a juicer, blender, air fryer, pots/pans and a few items of furnature that are super cute and boho ! I am getting rid of most of my things but don’t necessarily want to get rid of everything. I have to stay close to Culver City, Santa Monica, West Hollywood area. I’d prefer to live with a Female but willing to negotiate
