I’m a 31-year-old Caucasian male, American military veteran, and international traveler who has explored about 75 countries in this beautiful, complicated world we share. Ideally, I would like to cohabitate with someone who is equally well-mannered and clean, with a respectful or extraordinary worldview, who can tolerate my intermittent presence. I will travel away very frequently for tourism and work in supporting government programs, usually for one or multiple week(s) at a time, returning home for breaks between work and travel events for similar durations.

I am open to living in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, or Washington for 6+ months beginning February 1, 2024, with the possibility of extending thereafter. These dates are flexible, and I can move-in later or stay shorter or longer if offered and/or necessary. Similarly, these locations are flexible, and I am open to others so long as I remain within about an 8- to 12-hour drive from Seattle and Portland, and possibly San Diego (a commercial airport nearby for flights connecting there can replace the need to drive).

I’ll be in need of a furnished, preferably modern bedroom within a clean living space nearby a rental car facility, fitness center, supermarket, and restaurants. Having a commercial airport nearby is preferred, but not required. I will not be bringing any pets, problems, nor other visitors; I do not need kitchen access, and I am reliable with all my obligations upon making our rental agreement.

Please do not contact me if your offered living space is unfurnished, your residence is not located within walking distance of the aforementioned facilities, there are an excessive number of pets and/or roommates, or the monthly rental cost exceeds $1,000 monthly. These are non-negotiable, and I do not respond to unwarranted messages from those with living space not aligning with these criteria.

For those who find this important: please understand that I am not vaccinated against COVID-19 and I am not tolerant of any drug use nor the LGBT+ and non-binary communities.
