I’m an easy going person I don’t mind loud noise as long as it’s not super super loud. I cook I clean but help with those things would be nice I have a cat but she can stay at her current home if you have an allergy to cats. I do smoke weed an can keep it in my room or outside somewhere. Any questions feel free to ask. Looking for something around the Amazon area since that’s where I work
