We are quiet but clean and respectful people. My two cats Azula and Gina are pretty chill, will mostly stay in the room. If you are single I don’t mind paying more for rent as long as we make 3x the rent to qualify for an apartment together. My boyfriend is usually out for work or in the room playing video games. I’m very laid back, I enjoy watching tv shows and movies, relaxing and enjoying my quiet times. I am an extended teacher and baker on the side. I’m usually out of the house for about 11 hours for work. I am a very clean person, I keep my cats clean and I only expect the same from you. I enjoy smoking weed, but I am not a lazy person. The kitchen area and common areas need to stay cleaned after every use whenever possible.
