Hi, I’m a 48 year old male looking for a year round rental in the Plum Island, Newbury, Newburypot area. I’ve been renting seasonally for a few years on plum island and I’m looking for a year round rental opportunity.
I’m single, non smoker, no pets, respectful and quiet. I’d be looking to rent for a few year’s until I purchase a home again. Most of the summer months I’d be staying on my boat and not around as much.
