As a renter, I am conscientious of the land lords property first and foremost. I am respectful of noise and I try to keep my area as well as the surrounding areas clean and organized. I am someone that pays his rent on time and when finances permit ahead of time. I’m very friendly and enjoy good conversation. I am a single male who doesn’t entertain much company. I do not have pets at the moment but im extremely open to them! I’m also open and respectful of all lifestyles, genders and culture. I enjoy listening to and creating all types of art and music! Also fond of good food and film.
