Very quiet person, friendly, considerate of others, don’t smoke, haven’t drunk in 20 years due to medications. I use a cane mainly for balance, no car at this time. Very friendly 15 year old dog that’s friendly to people, dogs and leaves cats alone, weighs about 50 lbs, sleeps in my bed. Looking for shared housing or a studio (probably preferablly). Can’t walk very far so I have a motorized chair, so I need a place to park it with an electrical socket, I may get a cheap car. I visit Kaiser regularly ( some medical problems) so in that area might be the best. Ex-basketball player (pro in Europe), I am 6’9“ and weigh about 270 lbs.I don’t have great credit but no problems with a background check, widowed since 2004. I have my groceries delivered. My income (SS + very small pension)) is a little over $2200. I need help.
