Hi! I am looking for a stable, respectable, clean and safe place and/or to reside (share with someone) for at least 6 months or more, or until I get on my feet a little more and able and ready to find my own place again. I am in my late 50’s and recently made a lot of life altering decisions and changes w/ business, work, school, domestic, etc. I went back to school in pursuant of law and psychology, as a result, I am downsizing my life, expenses, living, and trying to save money. I have been a small business owner for about 20 years, and I’m now transitioning into other work. I resided in Havertown, Pa. for 7 years. I am very trustworthy, helpful, clean, kind, loyal, stable and responsible, in addition, I have real estate, renting, home ownership, and property management experience.
