Hi, I’m a creative type when I have the inspiration. I write, make music, sometimes will film and do anything that helps getting life-stresses out and turning it into art. I plan to continue schooling at sierra college for a film degree 🎥 I am tidy, I need to keep a place clean for anxiety sake. I don’t even mind if someone is messy, I enjoy cleaning weirdly enough.

Edit: I’m on a waitlist for several income-based apartments. The one I am currently staying in I have signed up for an income housing voucher, so that the rent is more manageable for me. That means the total house income has to be under a certain amount a year. So whoever is interested in something like that we would fill out our own rental agreement rather than through the complex. I have a form download we can fill out together. Message me if this sounds like something doable. If I can’t get a housing voucher in time for this place, I am also reaching out to several other income- based places to move into as soon as one is available. I am also open to a renting out a room if one is available. I don’t mind for a long term lease, I would openly communicate of any updates in future housing for myself.
