I am a transgender woman in my early twenties working as a linecook at one of the nicer restaurants in the area. My income is stable, my credit is decent, and I own a car. I smoke cigarettes fairly heavily and cannabis several times a week. I do not drink but don’t mind alcohol in the apartment. I pride myself on being considerate and am willing to make any reasonable accommodations necessary for the wellbeing of the household.
