I am a 47 year old male non smoker, occasional drinker, non drug user but 420 friendly. My wife and I are separating. We have 3 children ages 13, 12 and 5 that would visit me frequently. I am looking for a room on flexible terms as this is a trial separation and I’m not sure that I’m ready sign a 12 month lease yet. I am generally gone for work from about 6am to 6pm. I am an assistant project manager for a utility construction contractor. My wife is a nurse that works night shift 3 nights per week. On those nights I would stay at the home she and I own together. I generally spend my free time with my children doing various activities including biking, coaching basketball, selling Girl Scout Cookies and assisting with my son’s scout troop. I am a fan of all Philly sports teams and am a Delco lifer.
