Hello, I am currently an SCA resident and love it here, but wish to downsize. I also like the Seven Hills area in Henderson, but I am open to another good and safe location in Henderson. I am looking to rent a private room and bath in a home, on the first floor, possibly with a private entrance (but this is not mandatory). I am open to dogs, but not cats. I like to have my own space and I respect other people’s space as well. I am very clean, pleasant and respectful of my surroundings.
