Hi, I’m Rincon. I’m a highly organized, responsible and easy going individual. I love cleaning, cook for others and occasionally sharing a good red wine.

I’m an Engineer with an MBA degree. Currently working as a Manager in Otay Mesa, CA. Moreover, I’m a MBA (Double Degree) student and a postgraduate teacher at the same time. My job schedule is in the night shift. So you might not see me often.

In my free time, I like to go to the gym, hiking and listening to music!

Open to Teaming-up. I’m looking for a very respectful roommate who enjoys interesting conversations. I’d want us to live in a big enough apartment that both of us really have our own privacy.

I’m pretty open to my roommate having guests. Quite open to negotiating ground rules. I enjoy good company (males / females), I’m also okay with us being just roommates that are considerate of one another!. I like to hang-out occasionally, however, I don’t “bring the party home.”
