I am a Teacher, work full time, and go to sleep early/wake up early. I am not loud, and will not have company over often. I am a chill guy and I also like a clean area so I will clean up after myself the same day on everything.

Between my job and online classes, I am usually busy or out of the house.

I also do not cook very much. If I use the stove or oven, it will be for simple things to prepare that do not take much time.

Not to brag, but I am probably the perfect kind of roommate lol.
