hey everyone! i’m ray and i’m currently looking for a roommate to rent a 2-bedroom apartment with :D my lease is up in may, so that’s around when i’m expecting to move in with another person.

i currently go to CSU for computer engineering. i’m a very self-driven and motivated individual. because my classes are so rigorous, i mostly keep to myself. i’m quiet, very clean, and always on time with bills. i’m also very good at splitting costs on roommate-shared items like toilet paper, paper towels, eggs (my current roommate and i don’t eat enough on our own before the sell-by date so we always share lol), etc.

also, i’m more comfortable with female roommates than male!
