The most important things to me:

• I have 3 cats. I am totally able to pay pet rent, but my cats need to have access to main parts of the living space and not be confined in my room all the time.
• I am trans, and would feel more comfortable with other LGBT people/ allies.
• I have autism, so I may not understand all social expectations but I do try my best.

Having a clean, safe living space is very important to me. I would really appreciate joining an existing living situation that has established chore rotations. My previous homes have had “everyone cleans up after themselves” type rules and that breaks apart fast when it comes to things like unloading the dishwasher or taking out the trash.

I love to play board games and watch TV shows with room mates, but I can also stay to myself. I don’t party, drink or smoke. I tend to stay up late on my off days, but I don’t disrupt anyone.

I’m in Lakeland, would prefer to stay around this area. I currently work in Eagle Lake and have a seasonal job in Bradenton.

I’m working on getting a better paying job and would look to move around May/ June, as my current budget is only $300/ month.
