I am looking for a roommate in the Aiea, Pearl city area in spring. My move in dates are flexible in March/April. I have been living on the north shore for a few years but am coming back to town side to pursue art school. I am introverted but am social with those I’m familiar with.

I work in the service industry but am building a couple e-commerce brands so I spend the majority of my down time studying/reading/making art. Outside the home I’m usually surfing or in nature.

My ideal roommate is a non party person, is very tidy and views home as a sanctuary. I don’t need a bestie - I am typically very busy so ideally my potential roommate would have their own interests/social life.

I take a couple international trips a year as I love to travel. I have a cat that gets along with other pets- even dogs. The exception being really hyper dogs so if you have one of those we would not be a good fit.

I would like to sign onto something new together for a year - ideally a three bedroom where we can turn the third room into a shared studio/office so if you are also a student or artist we would be a great fit. I lean more minimalistic in the way of home decor.

I would like to meet for coffee/tea a few times to get to know each other to see if we would be a good fit. :-)
