I am a 46 yr old female looking for a room to rent. I have a stable job. I work four 10 hour shifts per week, so my days off are normally spent catching up on laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping and of course, relaxing. Pros: I don’t have many people over, I’m reliable, respectful, honest, hardworking, quiet and easy to get along with. Cons: I am a smoker but am fine with taking it outdoors. I don’t have a vehicle, but won’t hassle you for rides.
