I’m single no kids 37 year old man with a big 3 bed 2 full bath house with fireplace. Full size 2 car garage detached alley access. My home is 1 house away from main street. Rent is 1300 but split of course. Utilities never have been more than 200$ a person per month. There’s high speed Xfinity internet and I have a new realy nice printer if your in school and need one. I have 2 big but very lovable Dogs I don’t smoke especially in my house. All my neighbors are awesome couldn’t ask for better. I’ve been here 5 years Oct this year will be my 6th year. It’s a 2,000 an Change Sq ft.. big house!!
