Myself and my girlfriend are looking for a short term to maybe 6 month type room rental situation, who knows though if we find ourselves in a situation where we really like our roomate we would always consider something longer term, She is pregnant and currently 2 months along we are looking to find an affordable and stress free laid back living situation so we can save and get set up in time. I have a registered service dog, he is very well behaved and friendly, I have 3 children who will occasionally visit but honestly I make it a mission to get them out and enjoying fun activities so emphasis on occasionally and they are all amazing well mannered kiddos. My girlfriend works full time and I’m in the process of becoming licensed in tattooing, and also am currently running my own LLC subcontracting company, we are laid back, easy going, non judgemental and do not like drama or conflict so no worries for you there, we both work hard and just want to be able to relax and lay low when home. I am also a professional with various odd jobs and handyman work/painting and landscaping and depending on the circumstances I am always open to offering any help.
