I’m from Ireland, I just graduated from a masters degree and moved to New York about a month ago. Currently in a sublet and trying to move to the Bushwick/Ridgewood/East Williamsburg area by April 1st. I work part time doing research for a professor at the university I graduated from and I am looking (may have found by the time you are reading this) another part-time job at a cafe to supplement income. I usually prefer being out in a library and cafe to do my research work, so I’m usually out of the house during the day. Keeping a clean kitchen with no dishes in the sink is important to me, I’d love to have a living environment we’re people feel free to be fully communicative about any issues that come up, and where everyone feels like friends, even if we don’t hand out all the time.
