I’m a laid back guy who trades stocks and who loves to surf. I grew up in Orange County California and lived/worked in Los Angeles until relocating to Cocoa Beach Florida early last year. After returning to Southern California for personal/medical reasons after six great months in Florida, I am looking to return to an ensuite (bedroom and bathroom) in Venice or Marina del Rey to be closer to family, friends and employment opportunities. I am a UCLA/USC graduate who is financially secure and who believes in living by the Golden Rule. I work for myself and am also an avid surfer so I would like to be as close to the beach as possible.
