I’m a 48 yr old biracial female and I work a 40 hr week from home and attend night school for nursing so I’m very busy. However I am friendly and outgoing, but I understand that not everyone is so I respect people’s space. I pay my bills on time. I’m a quiet, clean and respectful and ask for the same. I enjoy using the common area like the living room to watch TV sometimes.or chat with my flatmate or even share a meal every now and then. I have a fully trained adorable 16 lb Chiweenie who gets on well with all dogs and cats. In short we don’t have to be friends, but being friendly or at least respectful is fine. I like to cook so I will definitely make use of the kitchen and prefer my own bathroom, but if that’s not available it’s fine. So I look forward to meeting my new flatmate soon and I’m available to move immediately or at the latest mid March. Thanks for your time!
