Hi, I’m a PhD student at a K-State satellite campus and I’m looking for a room to rent in the Olathe area. I’m quiet and organized, I don’t smoke, vape, or drink and I mostly keep to myself. I get along well with most people and I’d be love to be friends with my roommates but if everyone wants to live separate lives that works for me too, as I’m pretty busy with work and school. I like to take care of my own dishes, cleaning, and food, and I love to do yardwork and gardening if it’s needed for the property.
