Hi, my name is Sasha. I’m trying to find a place out here in OC since I recently got a job out here and am staying with family for now. I would prefer to live with females only and must have my own room. I can deal with shared bathrooms though. I also have 2 cats as well, so cat-friendly is a must…but no dogs please, sorry! My budget is not huge, only $1000 for a small room (or $1500 for a master bedroom) including utilities, and deposit not exceeding $600 please. I work 4 days out of the week 9-5, and I usually stay in my room, so you can have as much space as you want. I’m hoping to move in ASAP, or 03/01/26 at the absolute latest.
