My name is Happy and I just moved from California to escape an abusive relationship in which I got pregnant. I’m currently 9 weeks, and I moved to Indiana to my mom but my mother and I need to leave our living situation IMMEDIATELY!!! There is no hot water, no heat, barely any electricity, toilet barely flushes, and we can’t shower because the shower is full of the stuff my great aunt hoards in the place we currently reside. My mom and I BOTH make around $850-900 a month EACH on SSI income. I am also going to be looking for a part time job. My mom and I aren’t planning to stay long term (more than 6 months to a year) in a room because we want to get our own place for my baby. We are very clean, and we are okay for security deposits and anything else you may require.
