Hi! My current roommate is moving in with a friend, and I need to find a new roommate to move into my two-bedroom apartment. Rent is $575 per month for each person (a total of $1150). It is close to U of O but surprisingly quiet as there are a lot of families in the complex and thick walls. There is a dishwasher and on-site laundry that is paid for via an app. Water is covered by the complex but we pay for internet and electricity (17.50 each for internet). I am 25-year-old student and aroace. I would love to room with someone else in the lgbtq+ community who is in their 20s or 30s and lives a fairly quiet life. I have three rats and need to clean their cage using the bathroom once a week. I am big on open communication and would love to room with someone who would be open to discussing household matters together. Let me know if you think we might be a fit and want to chat more!
