My name is Eric. I’m 62. I have a 3 year old cat named Oscar. I’m looking for a room and a bathroom w/minimal cooking abilities or a studio. I work in the Solar Industry and am at work most of the time. I’m usually only home to eat and sleep at night. I’m clean and quiet. I do sometimes smoke, but only outside. The jobs are always temporary. Maybe between 3 months and a year, then on to the next site, wherever that may be.
