Hi everyone, I’m a PhD candidate at UC Riverside. I’m currently looking for a quiet, safe place to live, either a studio, a room, or a one-bedroom. I’m very respectful and clean, and I enjoy a peaceful environment that’s perfect for writing and reading. I use the kitchen only once or twice a week for meal prep. I’m kind, caring, and social, but I also value quiet time to recharge. I’m originally from LA and often visit my parents (and my little dog, Oliver) on weekends. I love dogs and cats — if you have a dog, I’d be happy to walk them before or after school. Occasionally, I’d love to bring Oliver over for a short visit, especially when I’m working from home. He’s well-behaved and very calm. I’m looking to move in April, and my budget is around $800 per month. I’m also interested in renting a second room with a similar badget for my 19-year-old niece, who just started as an undergraduate at UCR. She would stay a few days during the week.
