I’ve worked for the same Company for 16 years and have rented the basement in a nice Longmont home for the past 6+ years. I like the privacy of a basement and a kitchenette would be ideal. Also require my own bathroom. I work from home 2 days a week, and 3 days in the office. The owner is selling this summer (need to be out by July 1, 2024) so I need to find a new place. My move-in date is flexible as I am on a month-to-month lease. I recently purchased a home in TX and plan on retiring there in 3 or so years to be closer to my adult children. I’m very clean and tidy and rarely have visitors. Good sense of humor and able to hold intelligent conversation. Credit score in excess of 800, and references available upon request. Thanks.
