I’m looking for a temporary roommate for the next few months to help split costs. I have a couple of extra rooms, so you can take your pick of which one works best for your setup. I have my own bathroom in my room, so you’ll essentially have free reign of the main bathroom in the hallway.

The Location: If you’re a student at PPSC South, this is perfect. I’m located right near the intersection of I-25 and S Academy, so getting around the Springs is a breeze. Grocery stores and quick food are all right around the corner.

Living with us: I keep things pretty laid back. I’m a smoker, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that. You’ll also be living with my dog, Roach. He’s a big, friendly, and very lazy XL Bully who mostly just wants to nap.

Ideal Match: Perfect for a student or a professional needing a short-term landing spot. Just looking for someone respectful and down-to-earth while we both save some cash for a bit.
