Would like to rent a home on property with someone. I have a letter of reference and stable income. I’m easy going, considerate and have excellent communication skills. I have cats who are outside except to eat and sleep. I am looking for a place on property where I can build a nice modest “catio” enclosure for the cats to be in at night. Or if there is already a shelter type setup that could work that would be great as well. I am also willing to do some work in exchange for partial rent if needed. I have been a homeowner in the past and am knowledgeable regarding home maintenance. I am responsible and contentious regarding those kinds of things. I love yard work and gardening. I also love to bake. I am social and f friendly but generally keep to myself or rather relish alone time on a regular basis. :) I am workable and considerate to the needs and desires of others. I need to live with people who have excellent. And mature communication skills no drama no stress I am a peaceful and happy person
