Hi, I’m trying to help an older friend who isn’t very tech-savvy find a new place to live. He’s been in the Manchester/Derry area for a while. He’s a veteran (Navy) so he wants to stay in the local area for access to the VA. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, very dependable and always on time with his rent, and used to living in a house with others, but he’s looking for a place more accessible than where he currently lives. He’s looking for a place on the first floor or with minimal stairs. He would love living in a place with pets as he misses having a cuddly friend to watch tv with. He would be willing to help with feeding and potty breaks for your pet also since he’s retired and generally available.
