Hi, I am actually looking for sublease my room and find roomies for my current roommate who is a Google software engineer. I have a specific unit of apartment to sublease until Jan 2025, prefer to looking for >5 months stay with ideal move-in date by the end of April. It is the second bedroom and has its individual bathroom, price around 2000 with utility, nice location, close to Trader Joe’s, Costco, and SF Caltrain Station. Current roommate very clean, barely cook, and very quiet. If you are looking for short term lease, we can also discuss Airbnb mode with all the furnitures provided.
