Hi! I currently live in a house (will be uploading pics next week as it’s been a wreck from my former roommate moving out!). Rent will be $775 ($1550 total) for your own bathroom and bedroom, in unit laundry, and tons of storage space. It’s a cute 2 story house right by UB South and you will essentially have all of upstairs to yourself. I have a dog and cat, both who are so sweet! I am a teacher with a non profit organization, and in my free time I like to draw, paint, and read. I like going out to concerts and on hikes! I’d prefer a roommate who’s more on the introverted side
